Shipping is free to our customers. The Bartender Collective have hand selected manufacturers that can produce a high quality product that we use ourselves.
When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different suppliers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times. The Bartender Collective is available to both Australia and the USA and so we ship the items from a central location.
1. Delivery and delivery time
Your order will be delivered to the address which you gave us at the time you made the order on the site.
The delivery will normally reach you (as long as your item is in stock)
- In the USA – 12 – 20 days
- In Australia – 10 – 20 days
** THESE ARE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES. Sometimes there may be delays due to the shipping carrier or international customs sorting.
2. SHIPPING FEES
We offer free shipping on everything
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. This is NOT the responsibility of the Bartender Collective, nor do we have any control over your country’s customs or customs taxes on any products purchased.
4. DELIVERY PROCESS
You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is processed. You will also receive a dispatch email when your order has left the warehouse.
When the package is ready for collection an email will be sent to you. Please check your inbox for these email notifications.

All transfers conducted through www.bartendercollective.com.au are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
6. ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you have completed your purchase a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
If the product is not in stock the customer will be informed before the delivery. We will ask the customer if she or he wants to replace it with another similar product. If not, the order will be cancelled and the money will be returned back within 30 days.
The receipt will be sent to your email address.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
